Come For Me My Mary
Come For Me My Mary
18th July 2004
Oh Come for me my Mary
To a woman here below
A woman God slowly christened
Some seventeen years ago.
It filled me with such wonderment
And total disbelief…
Not knowing that throughout the years
My life would know such grief.
Won’t you come for me my Mary?
I’ve suffered long enough
The endless days and nights
That proved to be so tough
The tears and lamentations…
The frightening, doubtful fears
They all too soon shall pass away
As the dawn of peace appears
Will you come for me my Mary?
As my soul at last is white
Refined by your teaching
In your Rosary school by night
Truth is marching before us and
Justice will soon prevail
We must teach and show the world
A task we must not fail.
Come for me my Mary
For the world has turned so bad
It is ruled by hatred and
Sin has made God sad
His mercy has expended
His justice is now intended
It’s time for saints to rise
And make him glad.
O come for me my Mary
There is a battle to prepare
Against those mighty weapons
Our shield will be our prayer
.Our home shall be the wilderness
The world we must reject
Till Christ in all His glory
His remnant will collect.
Please come to me my Mary
The Christians need our help
To prevail against “The Mark”
In hand and forehead felt.
The united one world leader
Is almost at our door…
We must advance and warn them
And tell them what’s in store.
To Jesus point the way
He is our true salvation…
The people now must pray.
Before too late they must repent
And mend their wicked ways, for
The eternal fire from Satan
Awaits all those who will delay.
Will you come for me my Mary?
My helper and my friend
My mother and companion
From whom Our Lord did send.
One day you’ll get the credit…
The 5th jewel in your crown
Then all the world will come to know
Their mother – in blue gown.
O Come for me my Mary
Please do not tarry so
I’m weary and exhausted
From all those years ago.
I know that I must say goodbye
To all I’ve known on earth
For sure it’s just a meagre price
To know I’ve been of worth.
O Come for me my Mary
The new heavens await us all
The new earth is around the corner
Like it was before the fall.
Beauty unimagined
Life as it was meant to be
The readings of Isaiah
Bring it home to me.
No more darkness in the earth, all is joy and light
No more sorrow, pain nor death
Let our minds take flight.
For it’s worth the fighting for
Our destiny is sure… just
One more step along the way, then
God’s glory through the door.
So, come for me my Mary
The Woman up above
The Woman in the Bible whom I so dearly love.
At last I feel you draw me…
My fate I recall
For the one whom ”I’m supposed to be”
Is now ready in my soul.
